the room was freezing and they offered me a single, scratchy wool blanket that was almost unbearable, how thoughtful! plus, the staff could've been a bit more flexible with more than one towel in the bathroom. such high expectations for a mediocre experience.

The hotel’s location was ideal, just steps away from Plaza Mayor, making it easy to explore. We appreciated the friendly staff and the pleasant surprise of a breakfast pack at our door. Be sure to enjoy the coffee corner downstairs!

While the room was spacious, the street noise was quite noticeable, making it hard to sleep at times. We did experience inconsistent shower water pressure and no mini fridge, which was slightly inconvenient.

Visiting for a stay of three nights, I was pleased with the vibrant atmosphere just steps away from popular spots like Plaza Mayor. The room I had was spacious, comfortable, and well-kept. I loved starting each day with the breakfast pastries left at my door. it was a nice touch that added to the experience. Exploring nearby attractions, including El Retiro Park and the Royal Botanical Garden, was incredibly convenient with such a prime location.

Views from the terrace are impressive, showcasing the city's landscape. The bathroom features a power shower that delivers a refreshing experience.

The junior suite lacks privacy due to sheer curtains, leaving you exposed at night. The room is cramped, making it difficult to navigate without bumping into the low ceilings. Noise pollution from the street and old air conditioning units disrupts relaxation. The entry system with a password created significant delays, causing frustration when the code randomly failed.

i stayed at the b & b during a trip with my partner, and it was a fantastic experience. the location near plaza mayor made exploring the city super easy. the staff was incredibly welcoming, and we loved having snacks delivered to our room every morning.

Great location, friendly staff, but tricky stairs in the building.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped me with currency tips during my first stay, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for the new year.
